Coronavirus Response

**UPDATE** – Due to Governor Baker’s stay-at-home advisory, our physical office location will remain closed until we deem it safe to reopen to the public.  As per our email below, our office staff is set up to help you remotely.  Many documents that normally need original stamps and signatures, such as Registry documents, may not need them at this time.  Please call our office and we will help you navigate these changes and we will also be available by appointment if necessary.   On behalf of TJ Woods Insurance and all our employees, we thank you for your continued trust in our Agency and we will get through this together!

To our valued clients:

With the COVID-19 pandemic, the CDC recommends “social distancing” to reduce the spread of the illness.  With that in mind, we have had to make some temporary changes in an effort to follow this:

  • NO CASH PAYMENTS – we will not be able to accept cash payments in our office, however there are many ways for you to make your payments, either online or by calling your carrier. You can also check out our website (see below).  If you are uncertain, please call our office and we will be happy to provide this information to you
  • If you have a bill from TJ Woods – you can mail the payment to us or you can pay us online at You will need a credit card or your checking account information to complete a payment
  • Call our office to schedule an appointment if needed.  Our physical office location is closed, except by appointment. Please call first, as we have staff available to help you remotely.  Almost all your insurance needs can be taken care of over the phone or via computer.  Any documents that need a signature can be done electronically on your computer, tablet or smart phone.

  • Phone: 508-755-5944     Fax: 508-791-9841    Email:
  • Website: (there are links to most of our insurance companies here that can take you directly to sites where you can pay your insurance bills)

The MA RMV has limited locations open at this time.  Currently, the Worcester Registry is open to the public but not insurance agencies, so we cannot go to the Registry for you.  When going to the RMV you must have an appointment.  Walk-ins are not allowed.  You can schedule online at myRMV Online Service Center

Thank you so much for placing your trust in our agency – we value your business!
