The Claims Professional of the Year is an award presented by the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women (MAIW) to recognize a claims professional who has demonstrated knowledge of the claim field, experienced professional advancements through educational pursuits, demonstrated leadership in the field, and is an active member of the MAIW Worcester Chapter.
Criteria for this award includes education, MAIW activities, involvement in claims, and the candidate’s work experience, goals, and achievements.
